Section 1
Pricing & Quotes
Most moves bill hourly — you only pay for the time we work. Our hourly rate includes a dedicated truck, moving blankets, shrink wrap, and the crew. No truck fees, no fuel surcharges, no hidden costs. For larger or complex moves, we offer flat-rate pricing after a free on-site walkthrough.
Stairs and long carries are included in our standard hourly rate. Extremely heavy specialty items (pianos over 500 lbs, safes, etc.) may require an additional charge, which we discuss upfront during the quote.
Hourly quotes are estimates based on the inventory you share — actual cost depends on time spent. Flat-rate quotes after an on-site walkthrough are binding.
Dedicated truck, professional crew, moving blankets, shrink wrap, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and floor protection. No separate fees for fuel, the truck, or standard materials.
Flat-rate quotes make sense for offices with 15+ employees, homes with 4+ bedrooms, complex logistics (multiple stops, long stairs, specialty items), or any move where you need a fixed budget for accounting or planning purposes.

Insurance & Licensing
Yes. The Flying House is fully licensed (USDOT #3638952, CAL-T 192722) and carries General Liability insurance plus Cargo coverage up to industry-standard limits. We issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) on request. We're also Google Guaranteed.
Yes. Many Class-A office buildings require a COI before move-in. Share your building management's requirements when you book, and we'll issue the COI promptly.
Our Cargo insurance covers damage during loading, transport, and unloading up to industry-standard limits. For high-value items, discuss additional coverage options during your quote.
Google stands behind our work with their money-back guarantee program. If you're dissatisfied with a move that connected you to us through Google, Google will help resolve the issue.

Scheduling & Logistics
