Four steps from first estimate to last labeled box
Walk-through or virtual estimate
For full-pack jobs we schedule a 30-minute walk-through (virtual works too). We count rooms, flag fragile items, and confirm how many packer-hours the job needs.
Gather materials
We bring boxes, paper, bubble wrap, tape, and specialty crates to your door. You pay for materials at cost — never a markup. Leftover sealed materials can be returned for credit.
Pack room by room
Crew works one room at a time: wrap fragile items first, fill boxes, seal, label the destination room, add to inventory. Kitchens and offices typically take the longest — we plan crew size accordingly.
Handoff
We walk you through the inventory sheet, stack boxes by room for easy loading, and either transition into our moving service the next day or leave everything move-ready for another crew.

Packing Pricing
Crew billed hourly. Materials billed at cost. No markups.
Packing is two line items: packer-hours (same hourly rate as moving) and materials (billed at our supplier cost with receipts). A typical 2-bedroom full pack is 6–10 hours with 2 packers; we'll give you a tight range once we know your room count and fragile item load.

Full pack
We pack everything in your home, room by room. You touch nothing until unpack day. Most booked option for 3+ bedroom homes and senior moves.
Partial pack
Pick the hardest rooms — usually kitchen, office, art — and pack the rest yourself. We bring materials for just those rooms.
Fragile-only pack
Glassware, dishes, art, mirrors, wine collections. Specialty wrap and crating at hourly rate, materials at cost.
Unpack service
At destination: open every box, place items on counters and shelves, break down cartons, haul packing paper and boxes away.
Office packing
Monitors, keyboards, paperwork, pantry supplies. Color-coded by department, inventory for insurance, after-hours scheduling.
Senior & downsizing pack
Slower-paced pack with sort/donate/discard decisions. Compassionate crew, detailed inventory, longer estimate windows.
