Quote and reserve
Call or submit the form with your item list and duration. We quote monthly storage plus one-time pickup and redelivery moving costs. Reserve your slot with a deposit.
Pickup and wrap
On pickup day, our crew wraps furniture in moving blankets, crates fragile items, and loads into vaults — reusable wooden containers sized to your inventory.
Warehouse and inventory
Vaults are sealed on arrival at the warehouse. We photograph the inventory, assign a vault ID, and email you the record. Your belongings don't get touched until you request redelivery.
Redeliver when you're ready
Give us 5–7 days notice for a redelivery date. Same crew, same truck, same inventory checklist — items placed room-by-room at your new home.

Monthly rate by volume. Plus pickup and redelivery at moving rates.
Storage is two line items: a monthly rate based on vault volume, and one-time pickup plus redelivery billed at our standard moving rates. A typical 2-bedroom inventory fits in 2–3 vaults and runs about $250–$380/month. Longer commitments earn a discount after month 3.

Anywhere from 1 month to indefinitely. Most customers use storage for 1–3 months between home closings or during renovations. Our longest active customer has been with us over 4 years.
Yes, by appointment with 1 business day notice. Access visits are $75 each to cover vault retrieval, re-inventory, and resealing. If you need frequent access, we recommend a self-storage unit instead — we'll refer one.
Climate-monitored, maintained in a 50–75°F range year-round. Humidity is tracked but not actively controlled — if you have specialty items (wine, fine art, leather) that need tight climate control, tell us during the quote and we'll recommend a specialty facility partner.
Yes. Cargo insurance covers your stored items at the same limits as during transit — typically $0.60/lb under the standard plan or full-value replacement under the premium plan. Premium adds ~$15/month on a 2-bedroom inventory.
By vault volume per month. A standard vault is 5×7×7 ft (~245 cu ft). A 1-bedroom inventory is usually 1 vault (~$125/month), a 2-bedroom is 2–3 vaults (~$250–$380/month), a 4-bedroom home is 4–6 vaults. First month is often pro-rated.
Yes, someone 18+ needs to sign the inventory and direct furniture placement. We can coordinate with property managers or family members if you're traveling — just give us the authorization in writing.
You get a 30-day grace period with email reminders before any lien process starts. We would much rather work out a timeline or a smaller commitment than repossess. Call us the moment finances change and we'll find a path.
